Our second new character is now revealed, and her name is Honoka. Although Honoka and Raidou are the only characters that can steal movesets, there is some difference between the two.
Unlike Raidou, who can only steal movesets from the other Ninja (Kasumi, Ryu, Hayate, and Ayane), Honka can use attacks from all characters, as well as have her own special moveset and stance. Overall, I'm looking forward to trying this character out once this game is released on February.
