Whether you're a fan of King of Fighters or fighting games in general, then you should already be familiar with one of the most iconic characters in the genre: Mai Shiranui. During the Dead or Alive Festival 2016 livestream, Team NINJA announced that this legendary vixen will be playable as a guest character for Dead or Alive 5 Last Round!
This inclusion does make sense--and was inevitable--because, like the Virtua Fighter series introducing the triangle system that DOA still uses to this day, Mai Shiranui brought in some inspiration for the Dead or Alive series as well.
You'll be seeing more of Mai Shiranui, as she'll be joining the roster this September.
